The short version.

"Spergs," "we," and "us" mean Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. "The site" means inigami.com. "The server" means the Inigami media-processor server software we publish under the same name.

By using the site, downloading the server, or running it, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't, please don't.

inigami.com is an informational marketing site for the Inigami media-processor server. It describes what the server does, how to install it, and how to drive it. We do not host user accounts, comments, uploads, or any interactive features on this domain. There is nothing to sign up for.

The Inigami server is software you run on your own hardware. It is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty (see below). The server binds loopback by default because its TCP protocol has no authentication — if you choose to expose it on a network, you are responsible for the access controls that wrap it. We are not.

You are responsible for the inputs you feed the server and the outputs you publish from it. The server uses third-party libraries — OpenCV, FFmpeg, whisper.cpp, ImageMagick, and others — each governed by its own license; the distribution includes those terms.

Please don't use the site or the server to:

• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the site's security in a way intended to interfere with normal operation. (Good-faith security research is welcome — see Reporting security issues below.)
• Run automated scrapers, bots, or load generators against the site at a rate that interferes with availability.
• Use the server to process material in violation of the law in your jurisdiction or the rights of others (e.g. generating illegal content, processing material you have no right to).
• Use the site, the server, or our brand in a way that suggests Spergs has endorsed something we haven't.

The text, design, and code of inigami.com are © Spergs, LLC unless otherwise noted. The "Inigami" name and any logos are trademarks of Spergs, LLC. The Inigami server itself is licensed software; your use of it is governed by the license that accompanies it, not by this page.

You may quote and link to public pages on the site for journalism, commentary, or reference. Please don't republish material in a way that suggests it's yours or that we've endorsed something we haven't.

The site and the server are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't make any warranties, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or that the software will be free of bugs or security flaws. We try to keep it working; we don't guarantee it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spergs, LLC and its officers, members, and employees won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the site or the server, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by local law.

If you find a security issue on inigami.com or in the Inigami server, please email security@spergs.com rather than posting it publicly. We'll get back to you and we won't pursue legal action against good-faith security research that respects user data and gives us reasonable time to fix.

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site or the server after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved by emailing privacy@spergs.com will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
