What this site collects, and what it doesn't.

This policy covers inigami.com (the marketing site) and the Inigami media-processor server itself. Last updated: 2026-05-27.

Who we are

Inigami is a product of Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We operate inigami.com and publish the Inigami media-processor server. We're the data controller for everything described below.

Privacy questions go to privacy@spergs.com.

The short version

inigami.com is a static informational website. There's nothing to sign up for, no accounts, no comments, no forms. We don't run analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, third-party SDKs, or social-media embeds on this site.

The Inigami server itself is a tool you run on your own machine. It binds 127.0.0.1:10210 by default — loopback only — and never makes outbound network calls. It does not collect telemetry. It does not phone home. We don't know you're running it.

What inigami.com collects

Server access logs.

  • The IP address your request came from.
  • The page you asked for and when.
  • Your browser's User-Agent string.
  • The referring URL, if your browser sent one.

These logs live on the same server that serves the site, rotate on a normal schedule, and are kept up to 30 days for operations and abuse investigation. They are not joined to anything else.

Cookies and local storage.

inigami.com sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage. No analytics cookie, no preferences cookie, no session cookie. If you see a cookie from this domain in your browser, something is wrong; please email privacy@spergs.com.

Email correspondence.

If you email us, we have whatever you put in the email. We keep that correspondence as long as it's useful to follow up on, and delete on request.

What the Inigami server collects

Nothing that leaves your machine. The server processes the files and text you hand it via the TCP protocol, writes intermediate outputs to a temp directory you control, and writes a session log to logs/session_*.log for debugging. Everything stays local to the host running the server.

The server makes no outbound network calls as part of normal operation. It does not check for updates, send crash reports, or report usage. If you front it with a proxy or run it inside a larger application, that wrapper is governed by its own policy, not this one.

What we don't collect

  • No analytics. No Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, or any other analytics SDK on this site.
  • No advertising. No ad networks, no retargeting pixels, no conversion tags.
  • No social embeds. No third-party share buttons, no embedded posts.
  • No third-party fonts or CDNs other than Google Fonts, which the site uses for the Inter / JetBrains Mono webfonts. Google Fonts logs an IP for the request; this is its stated behavior.
  • No telemetry in the server. The binary does not call out, period.

Your rights

Because inigami.com doesn't collect anything tied to you beyond raw server logs and any email you send us, most data-access requests are short conversations. You can:

  • Ask what we have on you (UK / EU GDPR access, California CPRA right to know).
  • Ask us to delete any email correspondence we hold.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Email privacy@spergs.com for any of the above. We try to respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If something material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. We won't quietly start collecting more data on inigami.com, and the server will keep being local-only; if that ever changes, this page is the first thing we'd update.
